Founded in 2019 by longtime bartender and mixologist Heidi Shabo, The Horsefeather Mobile Bar is an elevated mobile bartending service based in Crested Butte, Colorado for weddings and events.  

  The Horsefeather is built on the belief that bartending is as much about presence as it is about what’s in the glass. A great bartender sets the tone, reads the room, and brings an energy that enhances the entire event. With years of experience behind some of Crested Butte’s busiest and most beloved bars, Heidi brings both technical skill and natural hospitality to every celebration.

  Cocktails at Horsefeather are made using fresh-squeezed citrus, house-made syrups, and the highest-quality ingredients available, resulting in balanced, intentional drinks that stand out without feeling overworked. Just as important is how those drinks are served- with warmth, attentiveness, and an easy confidence that keeps the bar feeling lively and welcoming.

  Today, Heidi is the sole owner and operator of The Horsefeather Mobile Bar, personally overseeing all planning, communication, and event execution. She works alongside a trusted, trained team as needed to ensure seamless service on site, while maintaining the same standards, personality, and attention to detail Horsefeather has always been known for.
