How far will The Horsefeather travel for an event?
All pricing includes up to 40 miles. We will charge $2.00/mi after that.
Do you provide the alcohol for the event?
According to Colorado law, all alcohol must be provided by the host (ex. The bride and groom) or through a third party (ex. Your event caterer). We will provide you with a detailed, stress free shopping list.
What type of equipment do you bring?
The Horsefeather trailer can be equipped with a jockey box to serve up to 2 kegs, generator for off-grid venues for a rental fee, bar tools, decor
Are soft drinks and cocktail ingredients included in the pricing?
Due to each event being so different we do not include these things in our packages. We want to do the heavy lifting for our clients so we’re happy to shop for these items so you don’t have to, but they will be reimbursed on the final invoice.
What will your bartenders wear?
You will have two friendly bartenders professionally and neatly dressed in black. Have something else in mind? Feel free to inquire about specific themes!
Is The Horsefeather Mobile insured?
Yes. We have liquor liability insurance. Documents can be provided. Bartenders are TIPS certified.
Can I decorate the outside of the trailer for my event?
Absolutely! Any décor that will not damage the trailer can be used and discussed during consultation. We also collaborate will local vendors. (Flowers, rugs, etc.)
Do you take last minute bookings?
If we can do it, absolutely.
What is your payment and refund policy?
A 50% deposit is required after signing of service contract.
If cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the event, 50% of the deposit will be returned.
If the cancellation occurs 29 days or less prior to the event, the full deposit will be non-refundable.
Final balance is due on or before the day of your event.
Final balances on wedding events are due 7 days prior to service.
Any events cancelling 7 days or less prior to event will be subject to their balance in full.
A credit card must be provided when the deposit is made.
If service exceeds the amount of hours in service agreement an additional invoice will be issued.
